Before co-founding Westham Capital Partners, Mr. Brusman was with the Enterprise Services Group at Merrill Lynch, providing liquidity solutions to middle market businesses throughout the United States. Products and services provided included ESOPs, acquisition financing and other M & A strategies. He gained experience in the hedge fund and private equity arenas as a Principal with Winston Partners, with responsibilities for raising assets for the hedge fund-of-funds product as well as for the firm's first private equity fund, Winston/Thayer.
Mr. Brusman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Lynchburg College where he was also a member of the varsity tennis team. He currently serves as a member of the Lynchburg College Alumni Board of Directors.
